Temperature is one of the most subjective feelings on the planet. It has always amazed me how some people can walk around in shorts and a T-Shirt in the middle of winter when I have all-in-one thermals, topped with 6 layers and I can still feel the cold!

Equally, we Brits are never satisfied! During the winter, we often wish for long hot sunny days and then when the summer arrives, we complain that we can’t sleep at night because its too hot, or that the air conditioning isn’t working and it’s impossible to work.

There are many ways to keep warm and keep cool but deciphering product jargon, working out the costs and choosing which is the best product to put your hard-earned cash behind, can all become a bit overwhelming.

The Internet has become full of information but trying to find the answer to a simple question, without wading through paragraphs of text has become near on impossible.
